Stephenie Meyer est née au Etats-Unis dans le Connecticut en 1973.
Sa famille déménagea à Phoenix alors qu'elle n'avait que 4 ans et elle y vit depuis.
Elle est la deuxième enfant d'une famille de 6 enfants (deux soeurs et trois frères).
Elle connait son mari, Christian, depuis qu'elle à 4 ans.
Jusqu'au beau jour au l'un à fait plus atention à l'autre et voilà qu'en 1994, ils célèbrèrent leur union sacré dans l'Eglise "Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints".
De cette union, sont née trois jeune et magnifique anges : Gabe, Seth, et Eli.
Fascination ("Twilight") est son premier roman.
L'idée de Fascination lui est venue dans un rêve la nuit de Juin 2003. Elle y a vu ce qui, par la suite, est devenu le chapitre 13 "Confession"de Twilight.
Elle commença à écrire les détails du rêve en appelant ses deux personnages "lui" et "elle" . Son choix pour les prénom était indécit...
Six mois plus tard, le rêve devint réalité et Fascination fut mis en vente 18 mois plus tard.
Puis vint le second tome Tentation ("New Moon")
Et bientôt Eclipse verra le jour...
Après de multiples recherche, nous avons trouvé l'adresse où on peux joindre Stephenie Meyer mais ce sera via son éditeur... (et oui...)
